Summary

Chrissie and Cece play a con game with strangers to put a roof over their heads while fantasizing about their dream apartment. But the girls also find themselves confronting the darker realities of their situation. Chrissie struggles to stay out of the way of Frank, the manipulative manager of the homeless shelter who doesn't just have good intentions. And Cece continues an involvement with James, an abusive addict who brings out the worst in her.
