Summary
The town of Granville has been shaken by a series of fur pelt thefts, and one of Roy's men has been shot in the back by the bandits. Vowing to avenge his pal's death, Roy receives a tip about the gang's hideout, and finds the pelts there, but the Sheriff is there also, and accuses him of the thefts and arrests him. Is Roy's only hope Joan Stuart, the ranchowner he has insulted?
